Red Balloon offer staff apprenticeship programmes where you can come to Red Balloon 1-4 days a week and still attend college. You can gain level 1, 2 or 3 in children's development / Early Years Educator .
Want to learn whilst working - you can attach yourself to an educational provider. We use HAWK Training! The assessors are fab and help you along the way to your level 2 or 3 as an Early Years Educator.
FINISHED YOUR LEVEL 3? and want to keep studying? We have countless examples of staff who have continued on to degrees / teaching degrees in Early Years.

Red Balloon work with Expressions who deliver company specific leadership programmes.
The Senior Teams including Managers, Deputies, Heads of Room, all work through a prescribed core set of tasks which supports leadership, confrontation, delegation, communication, intergration, team support and management styles.
If you wanted to develop this further then we also support staff in completing NVQ Level 4 in leadership and management.
