On joining Red Balloon, staff are encouraged to take advantage of our induction process; Core training include First Aid, Health & Safety Level 2, Food Hygine Level 2, Safeguarding, EYFS as standard.

Staff are assigned a mentor which is usually their line manager. One to one meetings are held every month to support starters.

Four weeks holiday AND the week between Christmas and New Year gives you a great amount of time to spend with your friends and family. Each year of service after completing 5 years gains you an additional day off until you reach an additional week
