A member of the team will get back to you to organise an interview.

THE INTERVIEW

The interview is a two part process.

You will be asked about your knowledge of child protection, learning and development, H&S, Security, Team Work and competancy in communication.

You will then be asked to spend some time in one of the rooms with the children; showing us how you would work day-to-day.

Don't worry if you have never worked in a nursery before, try to relate the questions to your experiences.
